Extra travel time to Holwert ferry terminal due to roadworks near Stiens
Travellers heading to the Holwert ferry terminal via Stiens should expect delays from Monday 15 June onwards. Roadworks on the N357 will result in road closures and diversions.
Roadworks from 15 June until 3 July
From Monday 15 June until Friday 19 June, the roundabout near Stiens will be reconstructed. During this period, the N357 will be closed daily between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Additional roadworks will take place in and around Stiens in the following weeks. As a result, traffic disruption may continue until Friday 3 July.
Diversions towards Holwert
Traffic travelling towards Holwert should expect diversions and additional travel time. Drivers travelling from Leeuwarden towards Holwert are advised to follow the diversion route via De Centrale As.
