Multi-crossing credit valid for two years from 20 August 2026
From 20 August 2026, the validity period for newly purchased multi-crossing credit will change. Multi-crossing credit purchased from this date onwards will be valid for 24 months.
For travellers who use our ferry service regularly
Multi-crossing credit is intended for travellers who regularly use our ferry service. Until now, multi-crossing credit had no expiry date. As a result, some credit was not used until several years after purchase or remained unused for a long time.
To better align the product with its intended purpose, newly purchased multi-crossing credit will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to use your credit.
Existing credit remains valid
Did you purchase your multi-crossing credit before 20 August 2026? Then nothing will change for you. Your credit will remain valid without an expiry date.
If you purchase or top up multi-crossing credit after 20 August 2026, the new 24-month validity period will apply to the newly purchased credit.
